We want getting your Create Joy order to be as simple and straightforward as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 on all orders shipped within Australia — no surprises at checkout.
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand in the future.
All Create Joy pieces are handcrafted with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched after payment is confirmed. Orders containing personalised items may require additional processing time — we'll always let you know.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Metro areas — 2–5 business days
Regional areas — 3–7 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur during peak periods such as Christmas.
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order's journey to your door.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, our carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering — we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.
